For Spring–Summer 2026, GASANOVA has introduced “WOMAN AS WATER,” a collection that explores feminine nature through the language of fluidity, movement, and transformation. The new season positions water as both symbol and method, shaping silhouettes that move away from rigidity and toward a softer, more responsive kind of structure.
Designer Elvira Gasanova describes the modern woman as fluid, internally free, and open to change. That idea runs throughout the collection, where the central visual motif is the wave. Rounded lines, asymmetrical lapels, sculpted seams, and cut-outs are used to echo the natural plasticity of the body, creating garments that feel dynamic rather than fixed.
Texture plays a significant role in the SS26 story. Raffia is used to establish rhythm and tactile depth across the collection, while knitted details and wave-like patterns reinforce the sense of movement embedded in the silhouettes. The brand’s signature “G” is also reworked into a shell-inspired form, becoming a new decorative code for the season.
Alongside the collection itself, GASANOVA expands its visual language through technology. The SS26 campaign was produced at the intersection of fashion and AI, combining classical fashion photography with digital image generation. According to the brand, the photographer shaped composition and light, the gaffer built the lighting dramaturgy, and the makeup artist defined beauty parameters through prompts — making AI part of the creative production process rather than simply a post-production tool.
Through “WOMAN AS WATER,” GASANOVA presents SS26 not as a static fashion statement, but as a study of freedom in form — where softness becomes strength, and movement becomes its own visual identity. The collection is now available online through the brand’s official website.
