The luxury travel category is becoming less about excess and more about intention. That idea sits at the centre of Nosakhari’s new collaboration with London-based designer Martina Spetlova, which introduces the Wayfare Hold-All, a limited-edition leather travel bag designed and produced in London.
For Nosakhari, the launch marks a step into travel goods and signals a wider evolution for the brand. Known for sculptural leather objects and a minimalist design language, the London-based label is now applying that same architectural precision to pieces made for movement, utility and long-term use.
The Wayfare Hold-All brings together two distinct design signatures. From Nosakhari comes a refined, structured approach to form. From Spetlova comes the texture and tactility of handwoven leather, a technique that has become central to her international reputation in contemporary leather craft.
The result is a travel piece that does not rely on decoration for impact. Its value comes through process: the leather, the handwork, the construction and the idea that an object should become more personal through use. Produced in limited quantities using responsibly sourced leather, the bag is designed to evolve with the person carrying it.
“Customers are becoming far more intentional about what they buy and travel with. We’re interested in creating objects with permanence – pieces that combine utility, material integrity and longevity. Working with Martina felt especially aligned because we share a deep respect for craftsmanship, process, and material innovation,” said Nosa Osadolor, Founder and Creative Director of Nosakhari.
That emphasis on permanence gives the collaboration its strongest contemporary relevance. In a market often driven by seasonal drops and visual speed, Nosakhari and Spetlova are positioning luxury as something slower and more material: skilled hands, carefully chosen leather and a product built to travel over time.
“Collaborating with Nosakhari felt natural from the beginning because we share a belief that real luxury lives in the making – in skilled hands and materials chosen with care. My woven leather brings texture and tactility to the collection, while Nosakhari’s craftsmanship and finish gave the work the perfect foundation. Together, we created something bold, functional, and built to travel with you over time,” said Martina Spetlova.
Spetlova’s practice has long explored the possibilities of woven leather and textile-led construction, while Nosakhari’s work focuses on utility, identity and contemporary craftsmanship. The Wayfare Hold-All sits where those worlds meet: functional, tactile and deliberately removed from disposable luxury.
